2-Months out Wedding Planning

Pre-Wedding Day Service

  • - Unlimited emails and phone calls with a professional wedding planner starting two months prior to your wedding date
  • - 2 meetings with the bride to cover the following:
  • - 1st meeting- Review all of the vendor contracts and times, put together a minute- by-minute itinerary of the day
  • - 2nd meeting- with the caterer to review all of the details including menu, bar, room set up and flow of the day along with finalizing all of the other details
  • - One (1) week prior to your wedding day, contact the vendors and send them a copy of your itinerary
  • - Organize the rehearsal ceremony (total of 1 hour )
  • - Collect all items that need to be at the reception and ceremony site, (i.e. sign in book, programs, place cards, favors, etc.)
  • - Create a personal timeline for your wedding party, which will be handed out at the rehearsal ceremony

Day of Wedding

  • - Provide an additional assistant to help with the set up
  • - Coordinate the timing of events with all of the vendors so your wedding has a smooth flow
  • - Oversee all of the vendors’ commitments and make sure they are fulfilled
  • - Box up all of your personal items, (i.e. champagne glasses, cake knife, along with gifts) and make sure they are given to the assigned person
  • - Provide you with a professional wedding coordinator that will be there 2 hours prior to your ceremony and remain on site until all formalities have been performed (total of 8 hour)

Pre-Wedding Day Services

  • - Unlimited E-mails and Calls beginning the day you contract with Five Star Weddings & Events
  • - Four (4) Meetings with the bride & groom:
  • - 1st meeting- put together a budget and a basic itinerary of the day so you can be referred to vendors that fit your needs
  • - 2nd meeting-go over the menu and room set up with the caterer or sales representative
  • - 3rd meeting- meet with your florist to help create the perfect decor
  • - 4 th meeting- finalize all details two-weeks prior to your wedding
  • - Assist you with the booking of appointments with vendors- We will assist you in setting up appointments or contracting the following: photographer, video photographer, musicians for ceremony, DJ or Band, officiate, invitations, rentals, transportation, tuxedos, bakery, honeymoon, florist, hair, make up and much more
  • - Put together a list of accommodations for your guests
  • - Create a personal calendar to keep you on track throughout the planning
  • - Answer any questions you may have on etiquette
  • - Create ideas that will personalize your wedding day
  • - Assist in vendor negotiations to fit your budget
  • - One (1) week prior to your wedding day, contact and confirm itinerary with vendors
  • - Help find the perfect location for your rehearsal ceremony

  • - Provide your wedding party and family with a personalized timeline at the rehearsal ceremony

Pre-Wedding Day Service

  • - The Luxury Package plus the following services
  • - Accompany you when viewing locations for your ceremony and reception
  • - Assist you in setting up your personalized website
  • - Work with your Maid of Honor to coordinate the bachelorette weekend
  • - Plan the post wedding brunch or lunch
  • - Assist you in planning the Bridesmaids’ luncheon or tea.
  • - Create gift baskets for your out of town guests
  • - Set up and coordinate events for your guests to enjoy during their stay

Day Prior to the Wedding

(Five Star Weekend)

  • - Provide you and your guests with their own personal greeter(s) as they arrive at the Hotel/Resort.
  • - Greeter(s) will hand out gift baskets and itineraries to your guests
  • - Work with hotel management to accommodate any special needs your guests may require
  • - Organize the rehearsal ceremony
  • - Provide your wedding party and family with a personalized timeline
  • - Accompany you to the rehearsal dinner to ensure a relaxing and wonderful evening for you and your guests

Wedding Day Service

  • - From the moment you awake on your wedding day, you will have access to your own personal assistant
  • - Provide two additional coordinators to assist with the set up and ceremony
  • - Coordinate the timing of events from the beginning to the end.
  • - Work side by side with your vendors to ensure they are providing you with the ultimate service
  • - Box up all of your personal items, (i.e. champagne glasses, cake knife, and gifts) and make sure they are given to the assigned person
  • - Handle payments with your vendors, including gratuities at the end of the evening
  •  -Provide you with a professional wedding coordinator that will be there 3 hours prior to your ceremony and remain on site until the end of the event. (Total of10 hours)
  • Decorate the Honeymoon Suite, (fresh petals, candles, bubbles for the bath, favorite midnight snack and champagne)

Day After the Wedding

  • - Help plan and coordinate the Brunch or Lunch the day after the Wedding
  • - Be there to wish a Fond Farewell to you and your guests

 

  • - Additional meetings ($100.00) per hour
  • - Assist in the planning of additional events, (i.e. Engagement party, Bachelorette Weekend, Showers, Bridesmaid Tea or Luncheon, Day After brunch and Rehearsal dinner)
  • - Create a detailed budget for your wedding
  • - Contract and coordinate transportation
  • - Negotiate and block group room rates for you and your guests
  • - Create a personal ceremony (i.e. family vows, sand ceremony, special music and readings)
  • - Provide the bride with her own personal assistant the Day of the Wedding
  • - Additional coordinating assistants
  • - Creative gift baskets for your out of town guests
  • - Plan and book activities for your weekend guests
  • - Contract with a certified professional nurse, baby sitter and even a dog sitter
  • - Create a customized website for you and your guests
  • - Assist in structuring a seating arrangement for you and your guests
  • - Decorating the Honeymoon Suite (fresh petals, candles, bubbles for the bath, favorite midnight snack and champagne), – within a 10-mile radius of the reception location

Five Star Wedding & Events can be contracted as wedding consultants on an hourly rate of One- Hundred dollars per hour. This can be done via phone, email or person to person, (not including travel time).
