My company has had the distinct pleasure of working with Laurie Davies for the past 12 years.  Laurie is at the very top of her profession as a wedding coordinator and is uniquely skilled in all aspects of what she does for her clients.

Laurie specializes in full service wedding packages and puts a high attention to detail in every single wedding she coordinates.  Laurie is highly organized and never ever misses a thing.  She handles every aspect of a bride and grooms day and helps select vendors, screen vendors and puts the entire wedding day together with her special touch.   Not only is Laurie highly organized she has excellent interpersonal skill and wonderful communication skills throughout the process from initial booking until the day of the event.

Laurie had already been so wonderful the first time I met her. I was looking for someone who has creative eyes and was able to turn those ideas into reality and she did it! She was always so on top of thing (I was the one who’s always slacking off). And under any kinds of situation, she could always get me what I wanted. She had pulled together a perfect wedding for William and I which had created the memory for us that we will remember for life time. Laurie,
I have finally had time to sit down and write this most important letter. I cannot express to you how thankful we are that we had you as our wedding coordinator. From our very first meeting I knew you were a blessing from God. Without your knowledge and expertise, our wedding would not have been half the experience it was.

Our wedding was a dream come true! Every detail was perfection and it is all because of you. When I met with you the first time I told you that I had this vision some what like Father of the Bride, with out the Father of the Bride Budget. I also explained that it was important to us that my son was incorporated into the vows and the reception.

When I walked into the reception, I was overwhelmed…It was Father of the Bride! I even had family members tell me “This is like a fantasy…just like the reception in Father of the Bride” My son told me that he had “the best time ever!” (A huge compliment coming from a 9 year old) The DJ and the florist was fabulous and the entire experience was a dream come true!

Hello Laurie,
We would really like to give our most sincere thanks to you for our flawless wedding on October 3, 2005 at St. Regis Resort in Dana Point. But if you want a lively party, plan on a first dance before you sit out the rest. “Traditionally, no one takes a spin around the dance floor until the bride and groom have their first dance,” says Laurie Davis, a wedding planner and owner of Five Star Weddings and Events in Laguna Niguel, California. “So have your master of ceremonies invite the wedding party and family to join you on the dance floor about 30 seconds into your first dance. This takes the focus off the couple but still gives the photographer time to get a few shots.”
