PRE-WEDDING DAY SERVICE
  • Unlimited emails and phone calls with a FSW coordinator

  • Create a customized calendar to keep you on track 

  • Refer you to any vendors still needed

  • 3 Meetings-1.meet to put together a time line. (Can be via phone)

  • 2. Meet with caterer for food tasting/detailing meeting.  

  • 3. Meeting-final meeting, to cover all of the details includes going over your minute-by-minute itinerary, reviewing vendor’s contracts and finalizing details with venue, (floor plan, details, and rooms).

  • Review invitation proof 

  • 3 weeks prior to your wedding day, contact the vendors and send them a copy of your itinerary

  • Provide a professional coordinator to attend the rehearsal ceremony 

  • Collect all items that need to be at the reception and ceremony site, (i.e. sign in book, programs, place cards, favors, etc.) 

  • Work with vendors to provide insurance required by the venue

  • Create a personal timeline for your wedding party, which will be handed out at the rehearsal ceremony

  • Contact vendors 3 weeks prior to the event to confirm arrival times/balances due

DAY OF WEDDING 
  • Provide 2 additional coordinators to help with the set up. 

  • Coordinate the timing of events with all of the vendors so your wedding has a smooth flow 

  • Oversee all of the vendors’ commitments and make sure they are fulfilled 

  • Box up all of your personal items, (i.e. champagne glasses, cake knife, along with gifts) and make sure they are given to the assigned person 

  • Provide you with a professional wedding coordinator that will be there 2- 3 hours prior to your ceremony and remain on site until the end of the event

PRE- WEDDING DAY SERVICE
  • Unlimited E-mails and Calls beginning the day you contract with Five Star Weddings & Events

  • 5 Meetings with the bride & groom, (meetings can be back to back or via phone)  

  • 1st meeting- put together an itinerary of the day and budget so I can assist you with vendor selections.

  • 2nd meeting-meet with your florist to help create the perfect décor

  • 3rd  meeting- meet with the caterer and Hotel to go over the details

  • 4th/5thmeeting- finalize all time line/vendor details 1 month prior to your wedding, meet with florist to finalized details.

  • Assist you with the booking of appointments and reviewing of contracts with all your vendors

  • Create a personal calendar to keep you on track throughout the planning

  • Answer any questions you may have on etiquette

  • Create ideas that will personalize your wedding day

  • 3-4  weeks prior to your wedding day, contact and confirm itinerary with vendors

  • Create a personal timeline for your wedding party

  • Work with vendors regarding providing insurance to venue

PRE-WEDDING DAY SERVICE
  • Unlimited E-mails and Calls beginning the day you contract with Five Star Weddings & Events

  • Assist and negotiate you in finding the perfect location that fits your budget

  • 8 Face-to-Face (can be via phone) meetings with the bride & groom: 1st meeting-Go over wedding details & put together a budget.  2nd- Floral, 3rd meeting-décor /linen, 4th meeting- put together an itinerary of the day. 5th meeting- goes over the menu and the set up of the room with caterer or sales representative. 6th-meet with lighting vendor 7th & 8th meeting- finalize floral and wedding details 4-weeks prior to your wedding (Additional  meetings can be added if needed  )$100 per additional meeting 1-2 hrs.

  • Book appointments with vendors- We will assist you in setting up appointments or contracting the following: photographer, video photographer, musicians for ceremony, DJ or Band, officiate, transportation,  bakery, florist, hair and  make up as well as the specialty vendors (Transportation, linen, hand crafted invitations and save the date invites, rentals, ice carving, lighting, plants and  unique entertainment).

  • Assist in vendor negotiations to fit your budget 

  • Provide you and your guests with an accommondations list as well as assist with blocking rooms for immediate family.

  • Assist in the décor and design of the wedding

  • Refer you to an invitation/save the date vendor as well as proof the invitation

  • Answer any questions you may have on etiquette

  • Create idea’s that will personalize your wedding day  

  • Create a personal calendar to keep you on track throughout the planning

  • Assist you in creating a personal ceremony (i.e. family vows, sand ceremony, special readings and music)

  • 4 weeks prior to your wedding day, contact and confirm itinerary with vendors 

  • Help find the perfect location for your rehearsal dinner

  • Book Sunday morning brunch for you and your guests

  • Organize the rehearsal ceremony

  • Provide your wedding party and family with a personalized timeline at the rehearsal ceremony

  • Accompany you to the rehearsal dinner to ensure a relaxing and wonderful experience for you and your guests(total 4 hours)

DAY OF WEDDING 
  • Provide three additional coordinators to assist with the set up and ceremony. 

  • Coordinate the timing of events from the beginning to the end, arriving 3 hours prior to the ceremony and staying until all the formalities have been completed.  

  • Work side by side with your vendors to ensure they are providing you with the ultimate service

  • Box up all of your personal items, (i.e. champagne glasses, cake knife, and gifts) make sure they are given to the assigned person

  • Handle payments with your vendors, including gratuities at the end of the evening

  • Provide you with a professional wedding coordinator (Laurie Davies), who will be there 3 hours prior to your ceremony and remain on site until the end of the event.
